Dogs are very welcome and each cottage welcomes two 🐾, with bottomless clean dog towels, a mucky paws outdoor wash area, blankets for snuggles, bowls for water & food and a little jar of treats. Because TOFY believes holidays should include everyone in your family even those with paws!

Next Door gives you the luxury of a hotel with the privacy of self-catering. It is a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom barn conversion with boutique hotel style interior design. It can accommodate families of up to five or two couples and is brimming with all those holiday essentials. Luxury spa toiletries fill the bathrooms, with bathrobes neatly hanging from the doors.
Next Door has an open-plan kitchen, dining space and living room, perfect for relaxed cooking & dining with the family both human and those with paws. Behind the dining tavle is a floor to ceiling magnetic chalkboard which is a very unique addition. This would be ideal for travelling with younger children with chalk provided for hours of art!
In the open plan living area, plush velvet sofas, underfloor heating and a log burner provide a luxury escape, the coffee tables feature a board game box for some unplugged entertainment during your stay.
Both bedrooms have large French doors opening onto a walled courtyard garden.
The main bedroom is en-suite with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has three options for beds. Two singles, a super king and the option to add the tent bed for little guests. The sofa and small library of books in this bedroom provide a quiet escape from the open plan living room.
The walled courtyard is private and secure which was great to let Crumble & Chester explore and have a morning wee-wee while I enjoyed a coffee.
Parking for next doors is an off road in a lay-by which can fir two to three cars. Access is up three small steps to the front door which can been seen in the third picture above that Chester is sitting on!
The Garden Shed
A cosy log house set in whimsical English gardens. The Garden Shed is the ideal hideaway for a couple to spend time together away from it all. A former storehouse it has been beautifully transformed into a little gem of a hideaway.
With a log burner inside, sheepskins and fire pit in your private garden, you have the perfect setting for intimate evenings.
Cosy and comfortable with all modern conveniences, The Garden Shed has central heating, separate bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, open-plan fully-equipped kitchen with a living room and dining table overlooking the garden through patio doors. The bedroom has a stable door opening onto a second outside space.

What's In The Area?
Sand Hutton the village itself doesn't have that many amenities,
Karen who runs TOFY has also created a honesty shop for guest staying. They are able to go and get dog essentials like new towels, emergency lead, poo bags or top up snacks.
For the humans, confectionary, snacks and fake-away ingredients are on hand whether you want to grab snacks to watch a movie or just don't fancy leaving the village for a takeaway. Karen has you covered!
